*Title: IT Asset Manager (*Vulnerability Remediation & IT Infrastructure*)*

*Key Responsibilities:*



u Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets,
including hardware and software, ensuring timely upgrades and replacements
according to the end-of-life schedules.

u Vulnerability Remediation: Lead the identification, assessment, and
remediation of vulnerabilities within the IT infrastructure to mitigate
risks and ensure compliance with security standards.

u Project Planning and Execution: Develop and execute detailed project
plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets, for lifecycle
management and vulnerability remediation initiatives.

u Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all
stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and ensuring
alignment with business objectives.

u Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all IT assets and remediation activities
comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Prepare and
present comprehensive reports to management and other stakeholders,

u Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with end-of-life
assets and vulnerabilities, and develop mitigation strategies.

u Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for the
procurement and disposal of IT assets, negotiating contracts and ensuring
quality service



*Requirements:*



u Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,
or a related field.

u Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management,
preferably in IT asset lifecycle management and vulnerability remediation

u Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft suite

u Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure,
cybersecurity principles, and vulnerability management tools

u Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical issues to
non-technical stakeholders.

u Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with
a keen attention to detail

u Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management
skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
