But I find it is unreasonable that I can not reuse the package name EVEN IF I've unsubmitted the ADC app EVEN before ADC starts to open to users. Since there is no one but me knows the ever ephemeral existence of such a package, what's the problem of revoking the first one and then using its name for another?
