Yep.

The NAT'ing shouldn't be an issue, as it works consistently on every other
device (literally hundreds of complaints from hero users, and not a single
other device).  And if it were a NAT issue, I suspect we would have seen the
same situation present itself on another device on the same network.  Not to
mention, most NAT's allow for UDP "connections" to stay open for a
reletively long amount of time (1-5 min), provided theres data being
sent/received.  But we're looking at failure within seconds.
