If you install via an ADT zip file, make sure you get the latest (0.9.1). Rather than using the zip file, use the update size in Eclipse to automatically get the latest version (https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/eclipse/). Remember that for most people this fails via https so just use the http link (http://dl-ssl.google.com/android/eclipse/).
