Hi, I wonder if it is possible to read messages of cellular network in Android? By this I mean all those beacons that are transmitted by cellular network, all the requests for registration, connection etc. It would be great to see this in Java part of Android, but if it is possible only in lower parts of the framework, it won't be so bad.
