Hi, not sure if this is the right forum to ask, but several days ago I posted a demo of our app on youtube and discovered that users can't view it from their phone. The YouTube app shows this error message: "Sorry, at this time the video you requested is not available in a format that will display on your phone." Can anybody tell me why?
