Job Title: Software Engineer IV */ Azure DevOps Engineer* *Location: Salem, Oregon 97301 / REMOTE* *Duration: 3 Months * *Note: **Remote** Work schedule is typically Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM Pacific Standard Time.* *Job Description:* *This is a part-time/on-standby position.* The immediate contract will include the projected 195 hours, but the business reserves the right to amend the contract to add additional hours (up to 1040 hours in total)--should the project or business need require it. As a result, the Key Person will work the immediate hours allocated to this contract, with the possibility of amending the contract to include additional hours and/or continuing the work into 2023 (as determined by the business need). *This position is approved for remote work.* The Client has provided the technology systems and services that supports . These systems and services help the two agencies determine client service program eligibility; provide medical, housing, food and job assistance; provide addiction, mental health, vocational and rehabilitative services; protect children, seniors and people with physical and/or developmental disabilities; process claims and benefits; manage provider licensing and state hospital facilities; and promote and protect the state public health. The client seeks an experienced *Software Engineer IV / Azure Devops* with advanced skills to support ongoing maintenance, required enhancements, and programming corrections to the Client Application. *Scope:* The Key Person will be responsible to research and address defects, deploy fixes using CI/CD pipeline and update knowledge base when changes are deployed. *Tasks* *will include the following*: - Enhance application functionality based on changing pandemic needs - Modifications to the mapping tool to support new filters and search capabilities - Updates to the webpage related to accessibility and usability based on end user feedback - Bug fixes and maintenance related to current application functionality and integration with Bing maps - Responsible for creating and designing new software by analyzing, testing, assessing and implementing programming applications - Assist in the testing process by conducting reviews and analyses, witnessing tests and participating in software certification - Abide by established guidelines and instructions to perform daily job functions - Responsible for utilizing extensive knowledge and professional discretion in order to achieve goals - May offer consultation to senior leadership; must be considered to be the top-level in this field *Required skills and experience:* - Proficient in Microsoft Azure hosted websites with experience in DevOps and Cosmos DB - Proficient in Python, Javascript, and HTML - Experience with Bing maps - Excellent communication skills - Data analysis - Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis - Strong teamwork - Knowledge/experience with human services applications - Significant ingenuity and flexibility are expected - Bachelor’s degree in a related area is required *Best regards,* *Naresh* *P: 737-205-1512* *E: [email protected] <[email protected]>* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Developers" group.
