*Job: Data Engineer (PYTHON or R Programming)* Location: Basking Ridge, NJ (Time being Remote work is fine, Candidate may need to visit office weekly twice) Duration: 6 to 12+ Months Contract VISA: USC, GC, GCEAD, H1B *Required Qualifications:* *Data Engineer (should have Python or R Programming exp.)* The ideal candidate for this position is required to have a strong background in processing and engineering of genetic and functional genomics datasets, including but not limited to RNA-Seq, proteomics, whole-genome genotyping, cfDNA, and gene mutation panels. This is a technical hands-on role, and we are looking for a truly detail-oriented candidate who has strong programming, documentation, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
