Data analysis 3. Enhance/ develop changes as per requirement 4. Functional/ Technical documentation 5. Design/ code review with team 6. Testing the changes developed and certify 7. Production deployment and support 8. Guiding team with coding best practices/ recommendations 9. Peer review of changes done by others 10. Providing work status updates 11.
