*New York City, NY (Initial remote)Java/J2EE, AWS, Oracle, MongoDB* Nice to have - Media domain experience, microservices, SDVI rally product experience Detailed JD • Responsible for providing Application production support for critical Media supply chain applications, addressing incident tickets & Service request tickets and monitoring the stability of the applications • Rotational on-call support during weekend for priority tickets • Should manage assigned team and guide the offshore team • Collaborate and co-ordinate with clients & business teams • Strong technical & design knowledge in application architecture • Good communication skills (verbal and written) • Working experience in SQL/Oracle Server, DB Queries/Stored procedures and ability to write the database queries to support the live data need • Hands on experience in core java technologies • May need additional experience in Node js, React Js, AWS cloud environment • Reports - Status and Issue resolution • Ticket monitoring and resolution of support ticket related to user on-boarding & access management • Handles break/fix, configuration issues, troubleshooting, software installations. • Contribution towards knowledge base creation and improvement • Candidate will focus on continuously enhancing the Product Knowledge with hands on use of all products supported during lean time • Provides hands on user level testing of the full extent of all product capabilities, upon production testing and after production go-live during lean time • Working experience in maintaining and monitoring Production environment • Ability to own the production environment and should have skills to execute the production related setup • Preference to have experience with AWS provisioning, setup, configuration & monitoring • Required ability to document production setup, configuration, support and monitoring processes for the production support team Thanks and Regards, G Rathan -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Developers" group.
