* Location: Trenton, NJ Duration: 12+ months Job description:* This is for an Oracle PL/SQL developer to program new Oracle procedure for business processes and connectivity to the patient registration application. Experience with Oracle 12C or later needed, as well as some Java Middleware. The PL/SQL Developer will develop enhancements and improvements to New Jersey Medicinal Marijuana Program registry as per the requirements of Executive Order EO-6 "Mandating Review of New Jersey’s Medical Marijuana Policy". This is for an Oracle PL/SQL developer to program new Oracle procedure for business processes and connectivity to various applications. Experience with Oracle 12C or later needed. Additionally, the PL/SQL Developer will develop modifications to the systems user interface, Oracle Database and some JAVA middleware framework that are necessary to meet the technology needs of the current devices access the system. The applications front end needs to be rewritten/redesigned using modern technologies such as Spring MVC, Bootstrap, CSS & JavaScript so that is responsive to the various internet devices used to access the system. Additionally, the new technologies employed will further strengthen the applications security and exceed the ever changing security protocols required to ensure the integrity of the application. This is will be majority PL/SQL along with some Java Middleware. The job will be on site once the state fully reopens from Covid, currently it will be mostly remote but the person should be local and have the ability to come in if needed.
