*Onsite interview (No Remote)* *Job:** SQL Developer* *Location : Indianapolis, OH | *50% onsite, 50% remote *Duration : 3 year | *6 months – initially high chance of extension *Interview:* onsite, will not do a video interview - must come onsite and do a technical interview (They will put this person in front of a computer and ask them to do various technical tasks) *VISA: GC or USC only* *Core skillset:* *SQL, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS (preferred)* *Business Objects (preferred)* Role is onsite - candidate must be willing to be onsite, initially part time onsite *Notes* · SQL Server developer · Needs experience with T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS · Will have some interaction with the business so needs good communication skills · solid database design development areas *POSITION SUMMARY:* Develops and Supports the end to end data management process across the Company. Creates business analytics functionality using various tools, including but not limited to, Business Objects and Microsoft SQL server BI Stack such as SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, PowerBI) as well as working with data feeder systems to ensure timely trustworthy access to the required analytics. *REPORTING/WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:* Report to the Manager, Data Warehousing & Analytics from whom overall analytics direction is received. May receive direction from business area leadership teams. *ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* · Develops, validates, and maintains all data marts and databases that the team creates. Work in a data management environment which includes data design, database architecture, metadata and repository creation, dashboards, reports development. · Monitors data reports and dashboards to ensure desired performance. Troubleshoots any issue causing Company data analytics products accuracy, availability and performance. Provides corrective and preventative maintenance as required. · Troubleshoots and tunes existing data marts and associated applications. · Utilizes various Business Intelligence tools to develop data analytics across Company data repositories for all lines of business. · Conducts research into new data analytics tools and determines viability for adoption. · Incorporates and evaluates existing subject areas into the data models for creating analytics products. · Establishes data management guideline and best practices. · Manages multiple projects at once. · Provides direction and guidance to less experienced team members. · Perform other duties as assigned by management. *MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS* *Education:* Require a Bachelor of Science in computer science, Information Technology, Business Analytics or equivalent occupational/professional qualification.
