They listen to the whole cloud and everything in the cloud related to Cap One. They make sure everything is behaving, etc. Make sure that these resources are behaving to the rules and they report on it. They do this on a huge scale with billions of objects, etc. This person will be helping to build out and design the application. Needs to be a coding guru. *Project:* This person will be helping to build out and design the application. Needs to be a coding guru. They will gather metadata and evaluate against governance rules, store that information, and report on it. Flesh out and build a system that can do this work. Will collaborate with other developers to figure out how to build and create this system. *Tech Stack*: - 10+ years of Golang, Javascript, and Python development experience. Golang development experience is key. - Familiar with Data storage at scale. - Deep experience with AWS. Experience looking at Amazon Configuration Events or Amazon control structures. - Event sourcing and messaging with Kafka is important. - Someone with a creative mind, doesn’t have to be told what to do all the time. Team has some senior people and the expectation is that these consultants will collaborate with other Sr. developers to come up with solutions. - Databases (including SQL, AWS products like Dynamo, Snowflake) - This is a new build!
