The Business System Analyst will be responsible for working with the on-shore and off-shore teams, analysing system requirements, data gaps, alternative data sources, business rules and logic. The successful candidate must be a quick and dedicated learner, strong communicator, and have a general understanding of the investment industry. * Qualifications:* o 3-5 years’ experience in the financial services industry o Taken part in the analysis, design, development, enhancement and implementation of software solutions o Identify, compile, analyze and document business requirements that accurately and thoroughly reflect business needs o Proactively communicate and collaborate with business teams to analyze information needs and functional requirement. Prepare and deliver the following artifacts: Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, Process Flows, Use Cases, Test cases. o Develop, model and analyze business processes.
