*Job: Genesys Engineer* Duration: 12+ Months Location: Louisville, KY VISA: USC, GC, GCEAD, H4EAD, H1B Only - Software development experience involving large scale cloud contact center solutions using Genesys PureCloud platform. - Responsible for Contact Center platform configuration, development, customization, integration, and technical documentation. - Work with business analyst and technical leads to develop, test/debug and maintain/support customer experience center platform requirements. - Adhere to development practices and coding principles and perform Proof of concepts as needed. - Experience integrating Genesys PureCloud with IVR, IVA, Routing, EServices, VOC, RM solutions (like Salesforce, MS Dynamics) and WFM systems. - Experience in configuring and integrating Softphones, Call and Screen recordings and Quality Management systems. - Excellent analytical, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills coupled with a strong work ethics - Experience in designing and implementing RESTful API/Web Services and highly proficient in Java and Java Scripts. - Strong working knowledge of Cloud Technologies, Genesys Cloud Foundry, AWS, etc.Database knowledge pertaining to SQL and MongoDB will be considered a plus - Experience in Agile software development methodology and practices with full development lifecycle from inception through implementation Regards! *VINEET SHARMA* <https://em-ui.constantcontact.com/em-ui/em/page/em-ui/email> *Mobile (315) 514-3320 * *I am working from home, there can be disturbance in phone line.
