*Position: Cyber Security Engineer Location: Mossville, IL – 100% Remote Duration: 12 Months Contract* The candidate will work within a team that provides operational support for Client's Operational Technology (OT) / Factory security monitor platform running on Nozomi. This team provides general support for the platform, tunes the product, and reacts to events identified by the platform. Typical Day: Position will be fully remote for duration of position Typical day is spent at a desk working on a computer. • Daily alert processing / Triage (initial ticket investigation) This work looks at possible security incidents coming out of the Nozomi platform to determine if an actual security incident is occurring or if it is a false positive. • Alert tuning within the platform to tune out events on the network that are not actual security incidents. • Tuning of OT asset management configuration within the Nozomi platform. • Work with vulnerability tickets within the Nozomi platform. Address issues with vendor on false positive and unmatched configuration items. • Work different issues with the Nozomi platform aligned to general support and maintenance of the appliances and platform. • Work on bringing new Nozomi appliances online at different facilities within the network.
