I am developing an Android app for Chromebook and hope it only runs on
Chromebook.
According to the description of View & restrict your app's compatible
devices
<https://support.google.com/googleplay/android-developer/answer/7353455?hl=en&ref_topic=7071529#zippy&zippy=%2C>
,
Whether the application is displayed on Google Play depends on the
description of the manifest file settings (AndroidManifest.xml) .
According to the description of the Android developers guide Filtering
based on explicitly declared features
<https://developer.android.com/guide/topics/manifest/uses-feature-element#declared>

and App manifest compatibility for Chromebooks
<https://developer.android.com/topic/arc/manifest#special-features> ,if
<uses-feature>android.hardware.type.pc is setting of
[android:required="true"] in AndroidManifest.xml. Then the application
will only work on Chromebooks.

I want to confirm that if the application only works on Chromebooks,
whether it will be allowed to be published on Google Play or not.
