*Please don't send Scrum Master Without Automotive experience - we would be wasting our valuable times here.* *Job: Scrum Master* *WITH Automotive experience (MUST HAVE)* *Location: Dallas (Plano), TX* *Remote: Till COVID* *Duration: 12+ Months* Job Title Scrum Master WITH Automotive experience (MUST HAVE) Job Description **Automotive industry experience is required** Key Roles & Responsibilities: Team Development and Support - Facilitation and organization of Scrum Team Events (Review, Planning, Refinements), as requested - Assist PO and Team in effective road mapping and planning for the product and development teams - Identification of any roadblocks to the team and taking proactive action to resolve these. - Strong experience identifying and guiding teams through areas for improvement (process, development practices, internal and external impediments) - Help teams surface and track issues related to product view with a focus on impact to customer experience - Work beyond team boundaries to improve efficiencies, flow of work, and value delivered. Visibility and Tracking - Heavy use of JIRA for reports and dashboards to enhance visibility into team progress - Helping PO Track overall schedule, progress, and impact to program delivery Progress Reporting (% complete on integrated deliveries for each milestone) - Continuous interface and interaction with Release and Defect management if needed Preferred Qualifications - Previous experience as a developer or Product owner - Evidence in continuity of support for a team, and progression of responsibilities. - JIRA expertise - PSM I / equivalent or greater certifications - Experience in scaled agile environments - Experience with automotive and or mixed HW/SW development environments. *Start Date:* As soon as available *Onsite need: *No immediate onsite need required, but ideally would be available in Dallas area later in year as things open back up.
