*Role(s): Scrum MasterRole Location(s): US**- REMOTE* *Rate: **55/hr.on C2C max* *Avoid OPT/CPT* *DO NOT SUBMIT LESS than 10 Years profiles* *Project Overview:* Will be supporting Finance data Modernization Program We are seeking a strong data and analytics background Scrum Master in order to deliver the best data assets and data product solutions. The Scrum Master will be responsible for leading our agile scrum process for teams building Business Intelligence solutions using datawarehouse and AWS data lake infrastructure and creating dashboards utilizing the data from central repository. The scrum master will also be responsible for coaching/mentoring the existing team on scrum methodology. *Responsibilities:* Work in a new Scrum team focusing on feature/product development. Facilitating and accountable for owning the Scrum Agile ceremonies for the scrum team(s). Work with team to define acceptance criteria, definition of done. Work closely with Product Owner to maintain and refine a product backlog according to business value. Protects the team from over committing and supports in estimation and sub task creation. Manage scrum tools like Jira and Report on Agile team metrics: velocity, burn down etc. Coach scrum team. Act as a guide to quality/compliance guidelines. Manage financials, and resource allocations. Creates monthly status reports. Partnering with Product owners, Program or Project Managers to provide status updates on delivery of work product from the scrum team and escalates key risks impeding scrum team effectiveness. Work closely within global scrum teams and other scrum masters to deliver products. *Requirement:* Previous working experience as a Product Owner/Scrum Master for 5 year(s) Minimum 2-3 years of experience in projects related to business intelligence, data analytics, management of datawarehouse, Data Lake. Experience moving teams and organizations from Waterfall to Agile methodologies and Agile Transformations Able to use Agile tools for example Jira and create sprints and Kanban boards as needed.
