Position: *Senior IT Infrastructure & Network Manager * Location: *Edison, NJ (PREFER LOCALS)*
Duration: *6+ months * *IT Experience: 12+ yrs = target* BridgePoint is seeking a highly motivated leader to manage our growing corporate IT network and infrastructure environments as well as desktop, telephony, and security. · Define budgets, staffing plans, skillsets, tooling, training, and governance for Corporate IT infrastructure and Networks · Evaluate current network to develop an enterprise network architecture strategy to support our growth focused on scalability, performance, and availability in multiple regions · Lead change management process and implementation of routine Firewall and Router changes to production environment · Drive root cause analysis on networking-related issues and provide plans for remediation. · Lead technical evaluation of new technologies and tools · 6+ years of networking experience running and maintaining a 24x7 Internet-facing production environment, across multiple data centers and cloud · Deep understanding of network designs and operations for on-premise and cloud · Experience in troubleshooting network connectivity issues · Experience with Cisco firewalls, Juniper Routers, and NX-OS or similar switches product lines · Experience implementing and operating network monitoring tools · Experience with F5 load balancers · Expert level grasp of TCP/IP and common related networking protocols for online services (BGP, DNS, NFS, TLS) · Experience in regulated production environments (PCI, SOC, SOX) · Experience with network security such as intrusion prevention technologies, proxy, remote access technologies, DDOS mitigation tools. · Experience with overseeing/managing desktop support, Windows and Mac/Apple. · Good understanding of information security and best practices when implementing rulesets, access control lists, and whitelist · Network professional certifications a plus (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE) · Bachelors/4 Year Degree. · 8-12 years relevant work experience, Continuous Integration, Continuous Build, Quality Assurance, Code Quality.
