Monitoring analysis using Splunk with excellent reporting skills. • Experience in Performance testing of Maximo, FSE Field Service Edge and MuleSoft. • Leadership ability and hands on experience in requirements gathering, define strategy, onsite and offshore coordination. • Hands on experience in scripting, debugging of performance scripts, identification of performance bottlenecks. • Experience of working in complex systems and integrated systems - Maximo, FSE, MuleSoft, Batch jobs, middle ware services, third party integrations and cloud applications. • Interaction with various teams and stake holders for performance test planning and issue resolution. • Client Liaison, Risk management, escalations handling, technical reasoning to stake holders and Reporting. • Ability to lead a team of 6 offshore performance testers, plan activities and provide technical guidance to team. • Excellent communication skills along with stake holder management, task planning, task distribution, Daily and weekly status reporting to clients.
