Looking for CRM Engineer ( Digital ) in Vienna, VA *MUST be USC, GC or GC/EAD* Role: CRM Engineer Location: Vienna, VA Type: Contract 3 positions open *CRM Engineer (Digital)* In Digital Labs, Digital Delivery team develops innovative member and team member experiences that leverage the latest technologies in Microsoft and the Azure cloud. Digital Delivery team is responsible for engineering modern web applications to implement a complete UI and micro services for multi device, multi-platform mobile and desktop web applications. As a member of this team your role will be a Microsoft Dynamics CRM engineer working in a Scrum environment. As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM practice team member, you will be responsible for creating and implementing CRM Dynamics solutions. You will lead discussions and draw out functional requirements from business subject matter experts. Some of our many solutions include Sales and Servicing functions of CRM. The ideal candidate will work as part of a collaborative team, communicate well, and is interested in continuous growth, learning and improvement. *Key Responsibilities- *Absolute must haves • Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, development, deployment and usage (experience migrating Dynamics and USD configurations from environment to environment is a plus) • Ability to develop CRM workflows and monitor/troubleshoot related issues • Understanding of core concepts surrounding CRM • Demonstrated experience in C# .NET Framework • Experience with ATDD/BDD (Gherkin syntax with SpecFlow in Visual Studio = bonus points) *Nice to have- *• Experience with Agile methodology (SCRUM or something similar).
