The position requires expert-level knowledge of our EDI/ETL processes and a solid understanding of related systems. The EDI Specialist will be the go-to person for EDI Technicians encounter issues with their daily tasks, providing educational or hands-on assistance as needed. Essentially providing tier level 3 support to the business. They’ll also be responsible for identifying process gaps and leading efforts to close them using industry standard best practices.
