*Summary:*

Increase client satisfaction, retention, and growth by efficiently
delivering advanced support and precision guidance to customers and
internal personnel for complex situations and large-scale projects. The
position requires expert-level knowledge of our EDI/ETL processes and a
solid understanding of related systems. The EDI Specialist will be the
go-to person for EDI Technicians encounter issues with their daily tasks,
providing educational or hands-on assistance as needed. Essentially
providing tier level 3 support to the business. They’ll also be responsible
for identifying process gaps and leading efforts to close them using
industry standard best practices. Note: This family is intended to include
jobs requiring business expertise rather than IT expertise.



*Responsibilities:*

•                     Conduct advanced troubleshooting of electronic files
for COBRA, Direct Billing, Claims, and Reimbursement products, answering
questions through verbal or written communication with clients, vendors, or
other business personnel.

•                     Identify gaps and inefficiencies within our standard
processes and work with appropriate personnel to execute on enhancement
projects.

•                     Ensure all process documentation is accurate,
updated, adding any changes and/or new data points and communicated
accordingly to relevant groups.

•                     Lead efforts to resolve escalated and large-scale
issues, obtaining and documenting the root cause, and providing process
improvement recommendations.

•                     Per standard team processes audit a sample of daily
work conducted by other EDI personnel, providing detailed monthly reports
to leadership.

•                     Provide customer service excellence and timely
follow-ups when interacting with our customers or other business personnel.



*Goals/Objectives:*

•                     Process all standard daily work with a high level of
accuracy (95%+) and completeness within all applicable TAT targets.

•                     Own responsibility for escalated or other high
priority tasks, identifying future proactive steps to leadership to prevent
future occurrences.

•                     Provide accurate, clear, and timely support for EDI
Technicians and Consultants while promoting a culture of continuous
improvement.

•                     Seek detailed feedback about gaps in available
processes and/or resources and share the knowledge, training or tools
needed to close those gaps.

•                     Work with extended business team to identify risks
and/or concerns with non-standard business requests.

•                     Actively engage and/or lead in business project
initiatives.
