Looking for *Sr. Pega Developer. 5-7 years PEGA experience* Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: 6 month-hire Interview Mode: 2 rounds (Phone screen/webex for non-locals. Face to face for locals) Visa Status: No restriction *Description:* The expectation of the senior developer would be an individual who work independently leading Developer or Associate developers within the BPM project. For large-scale projects, the Senior Developer would work under the direction of the Advisory Developer. The Senior Developer should be able to work on various initiatives with junior members of the project team coaching them with the BPM technology and respective methodologies. He or she may own a work stream within the project. The focus of this role would be to help with the delivery of solutions using the BPM technology (e.g. Pega). The person in this role would be a part of development efforts, interacting with business partners, business subject matter experts, quality analysts and business analyst resources. The successful candidate we seek must have a demonstrable track record of achieving success in delivering BPM solutions through the Pega Systems software. Keys to this position are superior communication skills, the ability to work directly with our business partners, support our end users at the auction, provide strong analytical/problem solving skills, and have a professional demeanor to actively contribute in a dynamic team environment. *Responsibilities:* · This is a team member who contributes or owns a work stream within the BPM project. He or she will help guide junior members of the development project team. · Leverage Agile development methodologies to deliver our solutions · Partner with the business team to understand the long range goals while supporting dynamic delivery of PEGA solutions. · Partner with the development leads and enterprise architecture to deliver sustainable and supportable solutions. · Help to make process and systems improvement recommendations and to help develop best practices for BPM development. · Participate in the full delivery life-cycle for BPM development and systems integrations. · Provide accurate and timely estimates in support of sprint planning efforts. · Help identify and mitigate risks to our in flight BPM projects. *Qualifications:* · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field · Certified Senior Systems Architect (CSSA) or higher certification level preferred · Have 4 or more years with Pega development experience. (Specifically, designing a class structure, deigning flows and the logic for execution.
