* Mandatory 10+ Years Exp*

 

 

Required Professional and Technical Expertise:

   - At least 10 years of experience in SAP Customer Relationship & Billing 
   and previous releases with minimum 4 end-to-end implementations from 
   project preparation to go-live. 
   - At least 10 years of solid SAP business process knowledge and business 
   process blue printing experience working with utilities’ customer service 
   processes 
   - At least 10 diverse years’ experience in utilities industry with 
   electric, gas, and water in IOU and municipal markets. 
   - Expert knowledge in at least 2 CR&B sub-modules. 
   - Implementation or migration experience with SAP S/4HANA 
   - Bachelor’s degree 
   - Master’s degree preferred, but can be offset with appropriate 
   experience. 
   - Ability to travel 75% (Mon-Thur/home Friday and weekends) 


Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise:

   - Should be aware of the S/4HANA roadmap, differences between 1503, 
   1511, 1605 and 1610 releases and new innovations that are brought in in 
   each of the S/4HANA releases and direct impact on SAP for Utilities. 
   - Demonstrated implementation of templated SAP solutions to replace 
   customer information systems. 
   - Demonstrated experience in designing and building templated solutions 
   for product offerings.
