Sr. System Analyst with Healthcare Experience

Job Description :
May need work with project teams with regard to testing tasks, to verify
the expected results as per business objectives.
• Experience on creation of project initiation documents such as business
requirement documents.
• Experience on creation of functional requirements to fulfill the business
requirements.
• Experience on conducting iterative meetings with users and stakeholders
for requirement finalization, requirement refinement, documentation and
getting the users and stakeholder’s approvals.
• Experience to capture all the non-functional requirements for quality of
service based on performance, scalability, security and usability.
• Experience on performing requirements gathering and analysis, estimating
time required for project completion, preparing schedules, design
documentation, design reviews and development, testing and deployment of
application enhancements, as well as project planning.
• Experience on helping the application users in understanding the
application and setting up an environment to make the application
successful.
• Experience on providing trainings to business group and end users on the
application and documenting the learning.
• Analytical and problem solving skills; Experience in the health care
insurance industries desired; Excellent written, verbal.
