*Sr. Business Analyst SME (Health Care Experience is Mandatory)* *Thousand Oaks, CA* · Should possess expertise in Healthcare domain Should be capable to design application systems to streamline business processes and meet the needs of a business. · Working from project to project, a functional architect must define the purpose and scope of the technical aspects of an application system or product. · Daily duties include collaborating with other managers within the business to establish product design, development, and sales projections. · Must understand the high-level functionality of an application or product from both a technical and conceptual viewpoint. Well -developed skills in business, system analysis, and product management Strong understanding of various design and architecture patterns Contributes to proposals, pre-sales, solutions Experience in working in an onshore/offshore model and managing major program/multiple projects Good written and communication skills A release train engineer (RTE) is a leader and instructor for the Agile release train (ART). · The ART is a team of solutions specialists that deliver and operate the value stream. The RTE is responsible for carrying out the ART processes, helping the teams deliver value, manage risk, communicate with stakeholders and initiate improvement.
