They are implementing Reltio as an MDM solution for their client in New
Jersey. They are looking for an MDM Solution Architect who can give
direction and oversight while they are going through the multiple phases of
their MDM solution and implementation roadmap. Someone who has been the
Architect on multiple MDM solutions and can have a helicopter view of what
they’re looking for as they go through the process. They don’t need to be
familiar with Reltio at all.



*Location:* NJ/OR (Based remotely).

They will have to travel to NJ / Portland Oregon.

They’re pretty flexible on which location the person goes to more based on
where they live and their skill set.

Travel will be every 2-3 weeks when the whole team travels to the location
together.

*Interview Process: *Phone call with Manager

*Visa: GC/USC/TN/H4EAD*

*Duration: *Will start as 6 months but has the potential to go much, much
longer.

They’re growing a ton and taking on more clients for similar projects.



*Notes from Manager:*

·         Less interested in the specific tools they’ve used than the
industry expertise. They use Reltio but doesn’t matter.

·         Need someone who understands the MDM use cases/match rules for
health insurance backwards and forwards – they’ve been there and done that
and can guide the team on how to deliver the MDM capability for health
insurance

·         Can communicate the approach/use cases effectively to the
customer and become the ‘trusted advisor’ for MDM

·         Comfortable in a fast paced /agile environment; we are a startup
and they will have a lot of responsibility

·         Deeply understands the foundational tenets of enterprise data
governance



*The Role*

·         As a Senior MDM Delivery Lead, you will work directly with our
healthcare enterprise customers to lead successful MDM implementations,
which includes accountability over solution design and business/technical
rule definition, and leading large teams. Other responsibilities will
include:

·         Building MDM delivery competency from the ground up, including
establishing MDM delivery best practices

·         Working with architecture, product management, and engineering,
and to ensure required MDM customer functionality is built as part of the
product

·         Engaging with senior customer stakeholders on regular basis to
build strong strategic relationships and understand deeply their MDM pain
points and requirements

·         Supporting the technical development and evolution of domain and
master data models



*The Candidate*

·         The Ideal candidate will be motivated by the opportunity to drive
significant change in the healthcare industry and eager to solve
healthcare’s biggest challenges. They will accomplish this by creatively
applying the latest technology in MDM and big data to directly address
industry needs. Other qualities will include:

·         Deep hands-on experience leading MDM projects in an enterprise
healthcare/health plan setting

·         Ability to understand complex healthcare data models and business
processes relating to master data domains such as Member (i.e.,
enrollment/eligibility), Patient, Provider, and Household in healthcare
business environment, including linking master data domains to
transactional data (e.g., claims)

·         Prior use of MDM Solutions such as Reltio

·         Experience working in a fast-paced environment with competing
priorities, while effectively managing time and workload expectations

·         Being energized about working alongside the senior leadership of
influential healthcare organizations to change how they approach healthcare
in today’s environment

·         Happy working cross-functionally within our customers’ large and
complex organizations, as well as internally with teams like Product,
Engineering, Architecture, and Operations

·         Excited about building strong relationships with key customer
stakeholders to advise, partner, and drive execution
