Coordinate with Operations Team, Solution Design Team and IT Team to ensure definition and delivery of appropriate business solutions based on business requirements. Key tasks and responsibilities (JDA Consultant) 1. Become technical expert of Demand/Fulfillment solutions. 2. Conduct a detailed mapping and analysis in terms of key requirements (technical and functional) 3. Coordinate with Operations Team to ensure appropriate solutions are provided based on internal requirements Additional responsibilities for (Solution Architect) 4. Conduct user trainings for key users and operations staff 5. Ensure timely implementation 6. Coordinate with Operations Team to ensure appropriate solutions are provided based on internal requirements 7. Proactively update management of the implementation status and inform in case of project risks or deviations from timelines 8. Conduct regular review meetings with management on status of implementation and risk mitigation 9. Provide technical guidance and system support to application users and recommend solutions Candidate may be required to travel.
