This person needs to be technical w/in Ariba and will be doing configurations and technical support. -They will require two interviews over skype/phone and then 1-2 weeks onsite in Wichita to get up to speed before they can work remotely. *A Day In The Life Could Include**:* (job responsibilities) - Supporting and maintaining an enterprise procurement system for a global user base - Seek and implement, with the team, enhancements to processes and the system - Administer the overall system including security, users, configuration, contract loads, and master reference data - Test and validate new system functionality - Receive and answer user questions, document issues, and escalate major issues - Monitor and ensure integrity of system integrations both upstream and downstream - Collaborate with the team to drive enhancements and efficiencies *What You Will Need To Bring With You:* (experience & education required) - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Accounting OR high school diploma with 4+ years of Information Technology or Accounting experience - 1-2 years work experience in a large enterprise with a focus on technology and procurement systems such as Ariba - Understanding of the software development lifecycle - Customer focus, communication, collaboration, and critical/economic thinking skills - Ability to work with users and vendors on issues and questions - Strong collaborative skills; ability to work efficiently with other team members - Strong data analysis skills, along with excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills - Ability to demonstrate previous value creation activities *What Will Put You Ahead:* (experience & education preferred) - Experience with enterprise implementations of Ariba - Experience with procurement platforms and systems that potentially integrate with them such as ERP and accounting systems - Experience with supporting enterprise applications and working within a distributed team - 1-2 years work experience with multi-tier web applications, databases, and BI/reporting tools -- *Ian Elijah* *Sr. IT Recriter * *Waynsys Inc* *(MWBE Certified)* *Direct: 732-733-4463* *www.waynsys.com* <http://www.waynsys.com/> *(eVerified) * Disclaimer: We respect your online privacy.
