Job Details: -
Java knowledge
• Perform detailed analysis on system issues to determine root causes and
propose solutions • Trouble shooting experience involving vendor
application and virtual machine/network drive • Diagnose based on the error
logs if issue is associated with MQ/SQL/Websphere/patch/updates • Strong
ability to work independently on complex issues, and to collaborate
efficiently within Humana support team to resolve system issues quickly •
Proactively should be reaching to other Infrastructure teams with findings.
• New environment setup, build and vendor software installs and
configuration.Require core Java resource with 5-7 years’ experience • Needs
to voluntarily extend shift based on the criticality of production issue •
Takes ownership of the issue and stays on top of it until resolution • Team
would be reaching out to Technical resource anytime between Monday to
Saturday, based on issue occurrence for review and guidance (if technical
help needed) • Good communication skills – verbal and written • Would be
responsible to provide issue related updates to Business Team/Scrum Master
• Challenges – issues arising each time might be due to different causes,
sometimes known/unknown.
• Prior Edifecs application knowledge would be a plus • Basic understanding
of EDI/X12 structure would be a plus (specially 837 and 835 transaction
types) • Providing KPO support team the ability to resolve production
issues • Performing daily KPO related activities, during production/qa
issues will prioritize on reviewing it • Creation of Tickets onto Humana
Service Desk and Edifecs portal, periodical updates and resolution.
• Ability to capture, read, understand, interpret tracers captured onto Dev
environment • Performing claim run/test onto Dev or QA environment based on
issues being reported by Business team
Willingness to work in shifts between 4:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. EST
(rotational), after KT completes most of the time with 7:30 A.M. to 4:30
P.M. EST as that’s peak period Business team would be available
