*Business Systems Analyst, **Wilmington, DE, 6+ months, F2F* *Experience in financial or banking sector with oracle PL/SQL and Hadoop technologies* Overall Job Purpose: Business Systems Analysts gather and document requirements and/or write epics and user stories for approved projects. Serves as a key member of an agile scrum team and participates in the creation of industry-leading applications for various Java, .net platforms and Data warehousing. Solves organizational information problems, analyses requirements and defines/grooms features and stories within an Agile / Scrum methodology. Serves as a subject matter expert to ensure the final product aligns with the requirements. Have strong knowledge in understanding the Data warehouse concepts and file processing process. Key Job Accountabilities: • Stakeholder Management and SME: o Work as a liaison among project stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate features for new functionality. Serves as the SME for business and functional domain knowledge; Good grip in understanding the Data warehouse concepts and file processing knowledge; working closely with the Product Owner. • Project Initiation o Supports the Project Manager in the creation of the initiation document and project charter to ensure scope and feature groups are clearly identified and defined. • Feature & Story Grooming o Create, groom and maintain the project feature and story backlog in addition to any changes to those requirements. o Participates in joint design sessions to groom and document features and stories. o Create feature and story backlogs that are clear and straightforward. • Story Definition o Analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications. o Improves systems by studying current practices o Assists the Tech Leads with flow diagrams, tables, mock-ups and other methods to ensure features and stories are presented without ambiguity when designing the solution. o Recommends controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures. o Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures. o Knowledge transfer as reference for users by writing and maintaining user documentation o Work with Product Owner to decompose features into stories o Identify dependencies across applications to support feature decomposition and story definition • Standards and Methodologies: o Adhere to Agile methodology, ensure requirements documentation complies with Agile and audit standards. o Contributes to and use best practices and standards including BCUS Values & Behaviors. *Skills* Experience in financial or banking sector with oracle PL/SQL and Hadoop technologies -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Developers" group.
