*We do have a position for the Below requirement so please have a look and let me know your interest* *Job Role: Java Tech Lead* *Location: Cincinnati, OH* *Duration:6+ Months* *Interview: Phone than Skype* *Job Description:* • At least 7+ years of experience with strong Tech lead expertise to drive team of developers. • Experience in designing and implementing solutions using: Java, J2EE, Spring. • Strong experience in back end technologies: Batch, Drools, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures. • Strong technical expertise in Web services SOAP & REST. • In-depth knowledge in Application Servers like IBM WAS, Weblogic and JBoss • Ability to create Technical Design using J2EE design patterns. • Strong experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL/DB2 Server – ability to design tables. • Familiar with Waterfall & Agile methodologies and experience in managing product backlogs and delivering short sprints • Should be skilled in understanding Customer requirements and delivering rapid prototypes. Very strong in troubleshooting the issues and managing the LOB/End users. • Excellent Communication skills required – both verbal and written • Knowledge / Experience in UML Class Diagram, Sequence Diagrams • Should have proven ability to lead teams, doing work allocation, ensuring delivery • Should be skilled in Code reviews and ensuring process flow and implementing SDLC. • Customer coordination experience would be highly required for this. • People skills to manage and resolve conflicts between offshore & onshore teams.
