The key responsibilities include: • Manage IT project(s) being executed using agile methodology • Play the role of scrum master for smaller projects • Conduct cross team and IT team meeting with respective stakeholder • Create project progress reports, highlight risk and publish weekly project progress report to all stakeholders • Manager resource time across multiple cost centers • Manage project budgets (financial or effort based) Experience: • At least 8-10 years of industry experience in Healthcare domain with good experience in Medicare / Medicaid environment • At least 5 year or more experience of project management / program management • Hands on experience to create project plan, schedule, reporting for SDLC and Agile based development methodology • Software development experience : .net, Oracle, EDI, xml • Ability to identify connected stakeholder and engaged them proactively • Certification: PAHM certification with be an advantage.
