I'm a new android developer and want to publish my app developed about 8 months. I had registered one google play account and submitted my app, by the way, my app comply with google play policy and no any violation. Suddenly, I found my account was terminated directly and no any warning or alert to give me opportunity to correct my fault. After contacted the google helper, they told me my google play developer name was wrong "Hello Kitty keyboard design team", the "Hello Kitty" violate "Impersonation and iNTELLECTUAL PROPERTY" policy. Just because two words "Hello Kitty" in our team's name instead of our app name published, no any warning or alert, and my account was terminated directly and more importantly than all of that, I can't register any account to distribute my apps, because Google Play Developer Console terminations are associated with developers, and may span multiple account registrations and related Google services. My all apps in this account do not violate any google play policy, I thought you google should alert me and give me an opportunity to correct. I promise it is not my deliberately violate this policy and I just like "Hello Kitty", and named "Hello Kitty "for our developer team and not realized it violate google play's policy. I believe it is better for your google tough policy to maintain the google play development environment, but you google should alert developer and give developer one opportunity to correct and should not directly terminate his account for only two words "Hello Kitty". Making error is a human nature we are not asking for exemption from the error. But a chance and time to correct ourselves which is very reasonable for the efforts we make and our VALUABLE TIME we invest in developing apps. Here, I want to say developers are not simple programs, just to delete from the system. *Just because two words "Hello Kitty", you killed me. Do you feel it is right for me?
