*Job title: Oracle EBS Tester* *Location:* Atlanta, GA *Duration*: 3-6+ months *Job Description*: 2 leads that can specialize in any of the areas and 4 testers that need to specialize in each area, The areas are: - General Ledger - Project Accounting - Fixed Assets - Web center *Required Skills and Experience:* - Design and develop more complex tests and non-functional tests. - Perform many of the roles required of a software testing project, through which you acquire a full testing lifecycle experience. - Typically you perform these roles as a senior member in a wider team. You act as a stream leader with technical delivery ownership within a limited number of technology areas. - Contribute to bid or client proposals based on your technological expertise. - Have delivery ownership and guide individuals and groups towards desired outcomes. - Actively participate in at least one community. • Qualification: Minimum 5 years experience, Bachelor’s Degree. • Certification: Should have SE level 1 and seeking level 2. • Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Testing, Software Engineering, Architecture Knowledge, Technical Solution Design and Quality Management. • 4+ years of experience as a QA analyst/lead • 4+ years as a project team member using Waterfall, Agile and blended Waterfall-Agile like methodologies • 3+ years of experience creating, maintaining, and executing manual test artifacts using HP QC/ALM • 3+ years of experience gathering and analyzing requirements, performing fit/gap, and/or drafting functional design and business process flow documents • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management or Engineering, is required • Proficient in Microsoft Office products Word, Excel, Access, Visio and PowerPoint • Proficient in SQL scripting and back end testing • Flexibility to work off hours when required • Strong analytical skills and experience with interviewing SME’s to gather information • Excellent problem solving and documentation skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work effectively with others across the organization • Ability to quickly master and apply new technologies and processes *Responsibilities (including but not limited to):* - Analyze functional and technical requirements and translate them into manual and/or automatable scenarios - Utilize Quality Center/ALM for test planning, test execution, and defect management. - Define, document and maintain thorough test plans - Provide ownership and accountability for assigned testing, keeping aware of progress and risks per milestone - Ensure delivery against QA goals and objectives, i.e. meeting commitments and coordinating overall quality assurance schedules - Provide effective communication regarding issues, objectives, initiatives and performance measurements against set plans - Develop and manage quality assurance metrics for performance improvements within overall project - Demonstrate a strong understanding of SDLC and QA’s role during each phase. - Comfortable stepping into BA role to gather and analyze requirements, perform fit/gap, and draft functional design and business process flow documents, as needed. *please share these below details: * - What is your USD Hourly Rate or Salary Expectations?
