1 is solved. I just turned off copy protection. Copy protection, as
mentioned on another thread (Think twice before turning copy
protection on) has the following impact:

- apps not visible on ADP1 phones
- apps not visible on Cyrket
- apps CRASHING randomly and miserably with a Force Close option!!!

Guys at Google, the last is TOO much! This isn't your search engine,
where from insiders I know *very* well how it works - this software on
that server crashes - so what, another takes on. Android Market is a
customer facing application, meeting sellers and buyers where money is
involved on *both* ends. A crash due to me marking an app as copy
protected is not only -1 sale for me. It's also $-3 for the charge
back. If you can't test it properly, for God's sake, MISS the deadline
and deliver it when ready! Everybody could wait a couple more weeks :(
