Location: Waltham, MA Duration:12months+ Job Description: Front End Developer Responsibilities ? Work with Product Marketing and System Engineering to design/implement compelling browser interfaces. ? Design and implement flexible front-end framework to support many products. ? Integrate automated testing into products developed. ? Work with distributed development team with large time-zone differences. ? Champion best practices. Required Skills/Experience ? MS degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or related area ? Experienced UI developer with experience designing self-explanatory user interfaces. ? Experience developing scalable front-end user interfaces using AngularJS (2+ years exp), HTML/HTML5, CSS, Javascript, JQuery, and WebSockets. ? Experience consuming and designing WebAPIs (JSON and XML based). ? Experience setting up Tomcat/Apache HTTP server from the ground up. ? Experience using test automation tools such as Selenium or Grunt. ? Comfortable with Java to debug APIs being consumed. ? Experience with at least one software configuration management tool (Git, SVN, etc.) ? Unix/Linux OS experience at a user level (grep, mkdir, chgrp, find, vi/emacs, etc). Desired Skills/Experience ? BS Degree (CS or equivalent). ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ? Experience integrating with CI frameworks. ? Experience designing and developing WebAPIs for front-end support. ?
