·         Required/Must Have Skills

·         Unified Communication, Contact Center, Gateway solution products
for Avaya Aura (SM, SMGR, CM), Avaya CMS, Avaya AES.

·         Education Requirement: B Tech or any 4 years bachelor’s degree

·         Years of Experience       Above 5 years

·         Certification Requirement            NA

·         Soft Skills Requirement  Good Communication Skills

·         Work Hours/Schedule    40 hours per week

·         Is there a remote-work option?    No

·         Is travel Required?           Yes

·         Interview Process (Is face to face required?)         Video
Conference.

·         Are you open to candidates from other states who can relocate to
the client site?   Yes

·         When is your target start date?    27 Oct or as soon as possible
