What's the minimum API level for the AES/GCM/NoPadding Cipher transformation? There seems to be a provider for it in API level 24 at least, but I don't know the minimum API for this transformation. I looked in the Android API reference <https://developer.android.com/reference/javax/crypto/Cipher.html> but this transformation isn't even listed.
