JBQ,

As a point of note; Emails sent to developers globally should not assume
that everyone works the same week as the US does. In the UK, where you
are supporting developers submitting applications, there was no holiday
on Monday and it's now after close of business on Thursday and so well
beyond anyones definition of mid-week.
