Hi All of you. I am 17 . I am a programmer. I can develop android apps. I am from Pakistan. The thing is that i don't have any credit card or paypal. What can i do to publish my apps to play store? Last time, i tried to bought developer account with my friend's credit card. Google Closed my wallet account and said that i violated their terms and conditions. Please get me a way around this. I will be very thankful!
