*Job Overview:*



Need for an HP Toos Administrator Consultant to support IT Quality
Assurance and DevOps testing activities.   The Testing Tools Administrator
will be responsible for administration and maintenance of tools owned and
used by IT for testing efforts of IT delivered software solutions.



·         Tools can consist of application lifecycle management for
managing the relationships of requirements, tests, and defects within
testing efforts, as well as automated testing tools (for automated unit,
functional, integration, performance, or security testing) and test data
management tools.

·         Perform customization of implementations that require
coordinating with teams of project managers, business analysts, software
engineers, QA analysts, and department management.

·         Ultimately, the Testing Tools Administrator works to ensure that
the employed tools meet specified requirements, working as an integral
member on an agile team consisting of the QA analysts, business analysts,
architects, and engineers. Effective communication and collaboration is
essential to this position’s success.



*Essential Functions: *

·         Administer the HP ALM and AGM tools within the HP Quality Center
Suite.

·         Train and support the end users on general use of ALM tool.

·         Manage the creation, migration, and archiving of HP Application
Lifecycle Management project workspaces and test execution data and
artifacts.

·         Manage the deployment of integrated testing lab resources for use
in automated testing activities.

·         Maintain tools employed under Quality Assurance (including issue
resolution, patching, upgrading).

·         Customize/Configure tools to meet organizational needs for
process and structure.

·         Review/Recommend additional tools/tool configurations to
management.

·         Report to management on tool utilization/issues.

·         Perform other duties as assigned.



*Qualifications:*

·         Bachelor's Degree & 5+ years of experience in
Installing/Customizing/Administering HP Application Lifecycle Management or
Quality Center

·         3+ years of experience in Installing/Customizing/Administering HP
Performance Center

·         2+ years of experience installing, Customizing, Administering HP
Agile Manager

·         2+ years of experience in Implementing DevOps unit testing
frameworks

·         Experience with Agile development methodologies

·         Experience with HP ALM/TFS synchronization

·         Experience with Scripting/Execution with HP Unified Functional
Test 11.5+

·         Experience with Scripting/Execution with HP LoadRunner 11.5+
