Description:</strong></p> <p>Project Manager - Preferably .NET experience.. 
</p> <p>Manage multiple project teams/streams comprising of 50 to 100 
members.<br> Manage issues related to project delivery by:<br> - Taking 
ownership of projects<br> - Liaising with the Program Manager<br> - Liaising 
with the Practice Director<br> - Interacting with the client<br> Manage risks 
by:<br> - Identifying risks<br> - Strategizing risk mitigation, transference 
and acceptance<br> - Monitoring and addressing risk events<br> Monitor and 
report project progress by:<br> - Meeting business reporting requirements<br> - 
Measuring performance versus plan<br> - Identifying and managing risks<br> - 
Updating project plans<br> - Ensuring technical quality and appropriate sign 
off at every stage of the project<br> - Project budget tracking on a weekly 
basis and provide project profit and loss<br> Prepare resource plan and budgets 
for all the projects<br> Identify lean periods and raise flags in advance to 
allow identification of new projects<br> Assist Program Manager/Solutions 
Center Head in preparing technical / commercial proposals.<br> Responsible for 
staffing and assimilating technical facilities for the project.<br> Ensure 100% 
compliance of the SEPG processes.<br> Communicate constantly with the Program 
Manager and with the client on issues/ status regarding execution of the 
project.<br> Allocate and monitor task deliverables by:<br> - Scheduling tasks 
and setting deadlines<br> - Monitoring progress and taking appropriate 
corrective action on variances<br> - Reviewing deliverables<br> Manage human 
resources by:<br> - Setting Key Result Areas and expectations for each team 
member<br> - Supervising and monitoring team performance<br> - Reviewing 
performance and recommending appropriate actions<br> - Identifying and 
recommending staff augmentation and development requirements<br> - Keeping a 
tab on burnout and attrition levels<br> Manage Issues by:<br> - Identifying 
them proactively and in advance<br> - Identify owner and target date for 
resolution<br> - Arrive at resolutions through consensus<br> - Tracking, 
managing and escalating appropriate issues in time<br> Manage Scope by:<br> - 
Capturing all elements in scope item, whether charging additional to the 
customer or not.<br> - Keeping a signed off Change Request Document for each 
chargeable scope item.<br> Focus on value delivered to the customer and 
constantly work with their client facing counterparts<br> Pay attention to 
project details and be hands-on with the team and their efforts.</p>
