Hi, I want to develop an application where mute people can call anyone in the world.
A little bit of explanation : - Mute people call someone - For speaking, he must write a message in the application - The application transform text into voice - The voice is transmitted to the interlocutor. But in Android (https://developer.android.com/guide/topics/media/mediaplayer.html) we couldn't play any media during a call. But is there any way to send the voice into the microphone in order to send it to the interlocutor ?
