Hi. Since the latest update of Google Play services (Sep. 12th), 9.6.80, we have started receiving errors from several users of an app published on Google Play that the app is not working any more, it lags the phone and some memory managers report this and kill the application. We have searched for release notes to the latest version of Google Play services but could not find anything - the last version for which there are release notes is 9.4.
Our app uses Google location services to detect the users current location and has been running without problems for years. The problems started with the latest release of Google play services.
