The consultant MUST have experience with (WTX) WebSphere Data Transformation Extender 8.2 or greater. * *Green Card or U.S. Citizens only* Our client manufactures games and electronics for the entertainment industry. They are looking for a Sr. EDI Integration Engineer. · Support and promote integration relationships with retailers, distributors, other organizations, and internal department requests · Analyze, develop and document data type definitions (Type Trees) · Analyze, develop and document translations (Maps) between multiple application formats · Analyze, develop and document integration flow designs (IFD) · Develop and maintain related technical procedures and associated reference material for first level peers · Create, execute, and document results of all unit test plans and user acceptance test plans · Provide escalated application and end user support as needed - Perform all other related duties including the ongoing support of production systems - Monitor, track, and analyze production EDI activity - Research, analyze, and resolve data exceptions - Respond to reported problems and inquiries from retailers, distributors, and business departments - Perform standard EDI administrative duties - Support and promote AS2 communication relationships with retailers, distributors, and other Sony organizations, - Perform all other EDI related duties REQUIRED SKILLS · · Must have a minimum of 6 years of EDI experience · Must have a minimum of 3 year of experience with an EDI, ETL, or integration software package preferably, IBM WebSphere Data Transformation Extender 8.2 or greater · Must have a minimum of 3 year of experience with an AS2 communication software package preferably, Liaison ECS & Liaison ECS Gateway · Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience with SQL, and Oracle Applications · Must have knowledge of relational databases · Must have a thorough knowledge of X12 & VICS EDI standards · Should have 3 or more years of direct or indirect Retail Industry business operations experience · Should have a strong understanding of Supply Chain Management *Remarks*: Will accept H1B candidates Communication must be good - they also have an EDI department off shore with 12 people in it. This is immediate and open ended.
