That's quite the assumption to make... We will help other developers (who are writing their own apps) when they get stuck on something and have a question, but your aren't likely going to find someone who is willing to work for you for free.
The vast majority of the users on here have full-time day jobs. Some, like myself, do contract work on the side... But not for free. Everyone on this list participates and answers questions on their own time.
