Hi, I followed strictly the android dev instructions to test the IABv3 http://developer.android.com/google/play/billing/api.html and also this post instructions http://stackoverflow.com/questions/11068686/this- version-of-the-application-is-not-configured-for-billing-through-google-pla
but after waiting more than 48h i have always the same message "the version of the application is not configured for billing through google play".
