As one of the developers whose software was pirated a couple years back (wondered where all those millions of dollars went) Google provided my address to the FBI who sent the same letter than they emailed me and a pamphlet about their anti-piracy activities. DHS should have no problem getting your home address. There is really no need to post the developer's physical address because Google already has it. This is probably a mis-management issue (as if Google doesn't have a lot of those).
